About Lau
My storydidn't startin beauty.
Lau is Mexican — proudly shaped by two cultures — and has called Toronto home since 2007. Her professional life began in systems engineering.
Over time she discovered her true vocation was not systems, but people — creating, connecting, and working face to face. Makeup became her way in, and it began from a personal conviction:

She does not believe in transforming a woman into someone she is not.
She believes in helping women recognize — and enhance — what already makes them unique.
The craft
Professionally trained, Lau has worked across beauty, bridal, photography, fashion and events — including glam teams for Miss Universe Canada, Miss World Canada and FAT Toronto, alongside campaigns and special industry experiences.
But her work goes beyond makeup. To Lau, beauty is expression, style is an extension of personality, and image is a tool to communicate who we are — with confidence and authenticity.
